Tejano singer Emilio Navaira has been sued by former band member Richard Vega for injuries Vega sustained in a bus wreck. The accident occurred when Emilio was driving the band's bus in the Houston area. Emilio pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated at the time of the accident. Vega suffered a lacerated liver and a dislocated shoulder in the wreck.
