Earlier this week, an engaged couple went to the Zero Gravity Thrill Park near I-35 and Walnut Hill to ride the “Texas Blastoff,” a bungee jump known for thrilling customers. This time, however, the ride didn’t thrill, but terrify. After riding the bungee jump for sixty seconds, the ride locked up, stranding the couple high in the air. The theme park, unable to rescue their customers themselves, was forced to call the Dallas Fire Department who were only able to rescue the couple after they were stranded in the air for more than two hours.
