A Weatherford-Parker County police officer was injured Tuesday during a drug bust. Two suspects attempted to run the officer over as they fled from authorities. The incident started in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings on Adams Drive. The officer fired at the vehicle as it tried to run him down. The officer was treated for his injuries at a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
