Dallas Police have cited Kurt Krueger, 62, of Pensacola Beach, Florida, with disorderly conduct after Krueger followed an American Airlines employee, Bernard Amoateng, into a restroom, berated him, and purportedly pushed the AA representative. A witness attested to the fact that a confrontation took place and that Krueger raised his voice, however, he was not able to confirm that a physical altercation took place.

L&M Companies, Inc., a North Carolina cucumber supplier, has recalled thousands of cucumbers from nine states, including Texas, after FDA inspectors found cucumbers containing salmonella at a Florida business.
