Chain Reaction Accident Takes Fort Worth Man’s Life

Jonathan Rodriguez, a 20-year old resident of Fort Worth, died in a North Texas hospital yesterday of injuries he sustained when a van plowed into the back of the parked pickup truck in which he was riding. Rodriguez wouldn’t have been in the accident that ultimately took his life but for the minor accident that occurred just moments before between his pickup truck and an 18-wheeler.

Chain reaction accidents like the one that took place on Tuesday are more common than many North Texans realize. They not only produce tragic results and considerable property damage, but they also present legal challenges that confound inexperienced attorneys. The Rodriguez case, for instance, might require the filing of a wrongful death lawsuit as well as legal investigation of both accidents.

Unfortunately for many accident victims and their loved ones, some attorneys just aren’t prepared to deal with complicated accidents. They lack the resources to fully investigate what occurred or authoritatively present their findings before a court.
