A downtown Dallas hotel worker was injured as she was walking to work early Wednesday morning. Investigators report that the woman was working in the hotel's parking lot in the pre-dawn hours when a car struck her. The car was apparently attempting to park in the lot when the incident occurred. The woman is expected to survive, and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
