Several injured when car strikes restaurant

Several patrons and employees were injured Sunday when a car struck a restaurant. The incident occurred at Carino's Italian restaurant in the 5900 block of S. Hulen Street in Fort Worth. The driver of the car, a patron on his way to dine at the restaurant, apparently suffered a heart attack, causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The driver later died at an area hospital. Four patrons and employees were taken to area hospitals for treatment. No word on their condition, except that their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
