Oncor worker injured while cutting tree

An Oncor worker was injured in Dallas while cutting trees in a residential neighborhood. The worker was part of a crew using a cherry-picker to trim trees off of power lines in north Oak Cliff. It appears that the worker was hit by a falling branch. He sustained blunt force trauma to his torso and may have suffered broken ribs. The worker was taken to an area hospital for treatment. He is expected to make a full recovery.
